Antwerp, the Chocolate Nation

Day 1

Arrival in Antwerp by car or by train (most beautiful train station in the world!)

A day where our taste buds are addressed! We start the day with a visit to City Brewery De Koninck (closed on Mondays - open from 11am & on Saturdays from 12pm!). It is not only a "must-see", but above all a "must-do" due to the countless interactive experiences. And no: you do not have to follow a guide: you do this tour at your own pace. Before and during your visit we also treat you to a perfectly tapped tasting. You can immediately tick this tour off your “bucket list”.

Don't forget to pick up your picnic basket at the reception of the brewery and enjoy all the crafts that are located on the site (cheeses Van Tricht, The Bakery, Butcher's Store, chocolatier Jitsk and of course De Koninck itself).

We provide a super soft and comfy picnic blanket, plates, knives, napkins and of course unbreakable glasses!

Nestle in the park over the brewery (or in rainy weather under the canopy of the city brewery) and enjoy the delicious local products! (a real delight)

In the afternoon you will visit The Chocolate Nation. Nowhere in the world can you find tastier chocolate than in Belgium. The Chocolate Nation is the largest Belgian chocolate museum in the world. A true Valhalla for chocolate lovers. A sweet and blissful experience museum. Ready for the magic?

Day 2

Breakfast at the hotel. Today a guided tour by bicycle is on our program. (We join a group) Before or after the bike tour there is free time to visit the Museum aan de Stroom or the Red Star line museum. Would you rather visit the antique market or the Diva museum.

(museum visits not included in the price)

If you book an overnight stay you will receive a ticket for the hop on hop off coach, in order to explore the city further.
