DEPARTURE
At the day of departure, we ask you to be present at your bus stop 15 minutes in advance, so the bus can leave right on time. Please check the schedule of the busses.

RETURN:
The bus will leave the festival at 1.15 am sharp on Friday and Saturday.
The bus will leave the festival at 12.15 am sharp on Sunday.
CONFIRMATION:
You should receive your confirmation in your mailbox, also check your spam box. If you haven’t received anything in 24 hours, please contact
event-shuttle@keolis.be and be sure to state your name, correct email address and date of festival attendance.
HIGHGLIGHTS:
Below you can find some points we would like to highlight:
- If you have any symptoms of COVID or you’ve tested positively to COVID, access to the bus will be denied. If you don’t have a COVID-certificate on the CovidSave app (negative test, recently recovered or fully vaccinated), the organization of the festival will deny access to the festival site.
- You don’t need to print your confirmation, a digital version is enough. Show it spontaneously to the bus driver.
- You can recognize the festival bus by the sign ‘CITY SHUTTLE HORST FESTIVAL'
- Access will be granted with a valid confirmation only for that time and stop. It’s not possible to board at another time or another stop.
- Wear a mask and stay seated during the whole trip. This also applies to the return journey.
- Because of COVID-measures, drinks and food on board are prohibited.
- Don’t leave anything behind on the bus, it’s possible you’ll have another vehicle for the return trip.
- You’ll receive a bracelet with the number of your bus, so you can easily find your return bus after the festival.
